Customer Service Executive



Working in a small team - 30 hrs per week (6 hours a day 8am - 3pm)

20 days holiday

-25,000 pro rata



Processing customers sales orders and ensuring the delivery times acknowledge fit in with the companys SLA's.

Processing purchase orders to their suppliers and lead times are adhered to.

Communicating on a weekly basis with customers their stock levels through a report format.

Stock management, that involves creating stocks works orders based on customer stock agreements.

Scanning of sales orders/delivery notes onto the system daily



Requirements

Experience of working in a small/medium sized business

Expected to bring new ideas to the team and push through continuous improvement

Must be highly organised and always prepared to follow the task through

Prepared to be flexible with their hours to meet team demand.

Strong people skills and able to adapt to dealing with different personalities on a daily basis

Strong administration skills and is clear and methodical in their daily working routine

Working knowledge of Microsoft office and computer literate.
