We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our valued clients based in Milton Keynes



Hours of work: Monday to Friday - rotational shifts: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm



Skills and background needed:



Leadership skills and experience - essential

Consistent background within logistics/warehousing

Monitoring KPI's and motivational skills

Ability to manage space, skills and equipment

Used Warehouse Management systems



Scope of the role:



To manage a variety of functions and colleagues within the following areas: Receiving/Goods In, Picking and Replenishment.

Motivating teams to hit and exceed set targets - driving excellent performance

Flexibility to work at a different site based in Milton Keynes on occasion

Communicate effectively and professionally

Very busy, fast moving environment
