We're Hiring: Financial Controller (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes | Start Date: Mid November or before

We're looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the business. You'll provide strategic insight and challenge to the Board, while also supporting Company Secretary duties - including statutory filings, board minutes, and governance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of the finance function, improve processes, and drive business performance.



What we-re looking for:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

5+ years at FC level, with a track record in managing and improving finance functions

Strong technical accounting skills + commercial mindset

Advanced Excel + solid IT skills

Experience in company secretarial duties (a bonus)
