Our client is looking for a highly experienced Business Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in connecting UK stakeholders, teams and clients-ensuring that processes run smoothly, information flows accurately, and business needs are translated into effective solutions.

Working closely with the Manager, Business Operations, you will lead selected operational projects from discovery to delivery. You-ll identify gaps, propose improvements, and help shape processes that support our publishing partnerships and internal teams.

You will collaborate extensively across Customer Care, Client Services, Credit Control, Warehouse Operations and Goods In to support systems, streamline workflows, and troubleshoot issues. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who enjoys both data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration.
