We-re working with a newly established, ambitious commercial insurance brokerage in Milton Keynes, led by an MD with 25+ years- industry experience.



This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth and play a genuine role in building the business, developing client relationships and winning new business - rather than simply inheriting a book and managing renewals.





The Role



:

You-ll be responsible for:





Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients



Building strong, long-term client relationships



Generating and winning new business



Developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals and introducers



Attending client meetings and networking events



Providing professional advice across commercial insurance products



Working closely with an experienced internal broking team



Delivering excellent service, retention and growth while meeting FCA requirements





About You

:



We-re looking for an ambitious professional with commercial insurance or financial services experience who is ready for their next step.







You-ll be:





Confident, commercially minded and client-focused



Motivated by winning business and developing relationships



Organised and comfortable managing your own workload



Ambitious and keen to progress



Comfortable networking and developing new opportunities



Excited by an entrepreneurial, growing environment





Acturis experience and progress towards CII qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
