We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our client based in Milton Keynes



This role is Monday to Friday



Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager with 2 direct reports



Main responsibilities:



Ensuring materials are on site and tested ready to support manufacturing processes

Managing all materials via stock counts and reordering as well as analysing usage to aid future buying needs

Giving data to admin team

Work with wider team to evaluate materials as well as building relationship with suppliers

Continually review supplier costs to ensure the best deals

Work with team to maintain the procurement policy to ensure conformance and compliance

Evaluate and risk assess suppliers

Maintaine product data sheets

Key involvement in internal audits

Looking after 2 direct reports



Ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to have a background inventory, material handling, supply chain, project management, purchasing and supervising a small team
