We-re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Property Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a fast-paced, central role supporting rental compliance, sales, and marketing operations-perfect for someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and getting things done.



What you-ll be doing:



- Keeping compliance and tenancy records accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready

- Managing trackers, reports, and documentation across multiple projects

- Supporting sales activity with updates, reporting, and coordination

- Organising show home logistics, furniture installs, and contractor access

- Handling invoices, purchase orders, and financial admin

- Acting as a key point of contact for teams, contractors, and partners

- Supporting customer service queries and general team operations



What you bring:



- Sharp organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders

- The ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines

- A proactive, reliable approach with strong ownership of your work

- Experience with digital systems and standard office tools
