We-re looking for a sharp, detail-focused Transportation Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our logistics operation-coordinating shipments, resolving issues, and keeping everything running on time and on budget.



What you-ll do:



- Coordinate and optimise shipments across all transport modes

- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to keep operations seamless

- Ensure compliance with UK and international shipping regulations, including post-Brexit requirements

- Resolve transit issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain service reliability

- Manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and export paperwork

- Process claims, track deliveries, and provide Proof of Delivery when needed

- Reconcile freight invoices and investigate billing discrepancies

- Support inbound and outbound LTL and truck shipments



What you bring:



- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Solid systems knowledge (e.g. Oracle, DMS, Excel)

- Great communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle priorities
