We-re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Business Operations Lead to play a key role in shaping and supporting our UK operations. This is a hands-on position where you-ll connect teams, optimise systems, and lead projects that keep the business running efficiently.



What you-ll do:



- Act as a central liaison across stakeholders, ensuring business needs are understood and delivered

- Lead training and support for key systems (EOM, CMS, DMS) across UK teams

- Drive business operations projects from concept to completion

- Identify process gaps and implement smarter, more efficient solutions

- Support client onboarding, integrations, and offboarding activities

- Analyse sales and operational data to generate insights and reporting

- Troubleshoot system and process issues, keeping teams moving

- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and workflows

- Collaborate across Client Services, Customer Care, and wider teams



What you bring:



- Experience in operations, data analysis, or client-facing roles

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Confidence managing projects, processes, and competing priorities

- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data and systems

- A problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support others
