We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our client based in Ampthill. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual with experience in general maintenance and grounds upkeep.



Working Hours:



Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:



Carrying out general site maintenance and handyman duties

Maintaining the yard and surrounding grounds to a high standard

Safely operating a range of machinery and hand tools

Completing painting and decorating tasks as required

Assisting with other maintenance duties to support the site



What We're Looking For:



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in one or more of the following:



Grounds maintenance

General handyman or maintenance work

Building or site maintenance

You'll be practical, proactive, and able to work independently while taking pride in maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
