We are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a great company moving to Miltoh Keynes!



Hours of work: 8-5 Monday to Friday



This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key part in the implentation of the new site as well an instrumental role in the growth of the Milton Keynes site!



About the job:



You will be running a dedicated UK Returns Centre and will be the most senior member of the team in the UK with respoinsibilities for:



Site management including - keyholder, health and safety, fire safety, first aid and accident reporting

Running the floor - overseeing as well as getting involved in receiving, sorting and scanning inbound returns, putting stock away, inspecting and grading, preparing outbound shipments

Leading the team - training operators, managing working hours and attendance, liasing with contractors, motivating team and monitoring KPI's

Reporting and continuous improvement - control and produce daily figures and continuous analysis of potential improvements to the processes and overall site performance



About you:



At least 3 years experience of running a warehouse operation

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems

Computer skills including AI Tools and spreeadsheets

Ability to run an operation and make decisions in the absence of a full leadership team



Ideally the successful candidate will have:



Experience within returns, reverse logistics or e-commerce fulfillment

Experience grading apparel, footwear or consumer goods

First Aid and/or Fire marshal certficates

Own Transport
