Part-Time Administrator (Temporary)
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Administrator to support our busy team due to increased workload.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 3:00pm
Contract: Temporary, ongoing based on business needs
Key Duties:
Invoicing
Obtaining Proof of Deliveries (POD) for shipments
Tracking shipment status and order progress
Coordinating inter-branch bookings and shipping arrangements
Filing and general administrative support
Assisting with ad-hoc office tasks
Requirements:
Strong administration experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
