We're looking for confident, customer-focused people to join our team on a 12-month temporary contract.

As a Lead Generation Retail Specialist, you'll speak with current and prospective Mercedes-Benz customers via phone and LiveChat, helping them find the right vehicles and services while creating sales opportunities for our retailer network.

What you'll get:



- Excellent rate of pay

- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

- Monday to Friday only

- Rotating shifts: 9:00am-5:30pm and 11:00am-7:30pm

- Full training and ongoing support



We're looking for people who:



- Have excellent communication and customer service skills

- Enjoy working towards targets

- Can build rapport and influence customers

- Have great attention to detail

- Sales or regulated industry experience is an advantage, but not essential
